By accessing or using Naadnia Soft's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Naadnia Soft provides software development, design, SEO, and digital marketing services. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual statements of work (SOWs) or proposals.

2. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable as per the milestones in the SOW. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own all custom code, designs, and deliverables produced for you, except for third-party open-source components, which remain under their original licenses.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information secret and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

5. Warranties & liability

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. You will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, India.
