Refund Policy

We want every client to be satisfied with our work. This policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

1. Project deposits

Initial deposits are partially refundable up to 7 days from the project start date. After 7 days, deposits are considered earned and non-refundable.

2. Milestone payments

Once a milestone has been delivered and accepted, the corresponding payment is non-refundable. If a milestone is not delivered as agreed, we will either fix the issue or refund the milestone fee.

3. Monthly retainers

Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Unused retainer hours are non-refundable but may be carried over for up to 60 days.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@naadniasoft.com with details. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
