Cancellation Policy

We strive to make cancellations as straightforward as possible. This policy explains how to cancel a project or ongoing service with Naadnia Soft.

1. Project cancellations

You may cancel a project at any time with written notice. You will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date based on the milestone schedule.

2. Retainers and subscriptions

Monthly retainers and subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.

3. Handover

On cancellation, we will hand over all completed deliverables, source code, design files, credentials, and documentation within 7 business days, subject to settlement of outstanding invoices.
